New Client Comprehensive Foundations Assessment
A Personalized Starting Point for Your Health
If you are dealing with fatigue, hormone changes, thyroid or metabolic concerns, digestive issues, nutrient depletion, chronic stress, or several symptoms that seem to overlap, the first step is understanding your individual picture.
The New Client Foundations Assessment is a comprehensive two-visit process designed to help identify patterns, connections, and areas that may need greater support.
Rather than beginning with a one-size-fits-all plan, I take time to understand your health history, current concerns, constitution, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing so we can determine where it makes the most sense to begin.
Investment: $595
Who This Is For
The Foundations Assessment may be a good fit if you:
feel tired, depleted, or unlike yourself
are navigating hormone or perimenopausal changes
have thyroid or metabolic concerns
experience digestive issues or poor nutrient absorption
struggle with blood sugar instability or cravings
have low iron or other nutrient concerns
feel the effects of chronic stress or emotional strain
have several symptoms that seem unrelated
want a more personalized, whole-person approach to your health
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Part of the process is helping you make sense of the bigger picture.
1) Visit One: Comprehensive Assessment
Your first visit is typically about 90 minutes.
During this appointment, we take a detailed look at your health story, including:
current symptoms and primary concerns
personal and family health history
nutrition and lifestyle patterns
sleep, stress, and emotional wellbeing
current supplements and natural-health supports
available lab work or previous testing
iridology and observational findings
patterns that may be contributing to your current concerns
As a Certified Comprehensive Iridologist, I use iridology as an important starting point for understanding your unique constitutional tendencies and areas that may benefit from additional support.
2) Between Visits: Review and Plan Development
A significant part of the Foundations Assessment happens between your two appointments.
After our first visit, I take time to review and organize the information you have shared, look for patterns and connections, evaluate available testing, and develop personalized recommendations.
This may include looking at how areas such as hormones, thyroid, metabolism, digestion, nutrient status, stress, and emotional wellbeing may be interacting.
Your plan is created specifically for you rather than being pulled from a standard protocol.
3) Visit Two: Findings and Personalized Wellness Plan
Your second visit is typically 60–90 minutes.
During this appointment, we review the findings together and discuss:
the primary patterns I identified
areas that may need the most support
how different parts of your health picture may be connected
practical priorities for moving forward
nutrition, lifestyle, herbal, or other natural-health recommendations as appropriate
whether additional testing or follow-up support may be helpful
You will leave with a clearer understanding of your individual health picture and a personalized plan for your next steps.
What Happens When You Choose to Begin
You’ve chosen to take your first step on your journey toward improving your health! Here are your next steps on this journey…
Schedule your initial consultation in-person or virtually.
Complete the intake form and email Rebekah any labs you would like her to review before your appointment. If you schedule virtually, there will be more items to email with your intake. These must be received a minimum of 3 days before your appointment for review. If not, then you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Attend your initial consultation, where we will walk through your intake, symptoms, history, labs, goals, questions, and most importantly, your story. I will gather any visual information for analysis. You will leave with a few simple recommendations to get you started on your healing journey.
Receive your personalized health plan at your second appointment, with recommendations, resources, and confidence to know you can help your body heal itself.
Begin implementing your personalized health plan and schedule your additional appointments to stay accountable and adjust the plan as needed, as your body heals.
What Happens After the Assessment?
Once your Foundations Assessment is complete, you’ll have a personalized wellness plan and clear priorities for moving forward.
Some clients may only need occasional follow-up visits as they implement their recommendations. Others may benefit from more structured support, accountability, and plan adjustments over a period of time.
At your second visit, we’ll discuss what level of ongoing support makes the most sense for you.
There is no requirement to enroll in a longer program.
